C-Suite

SPGS Management Services offers C-Suite services, for shareholders who, in addition to strategy also require the extensive and highly customized knowledge of SPGS executives to manage the daily operations of a company in distress or recently acquired.

With Institutional Buyouts (IBO), SPGS will acquire a stake in the company and will provide Managing Partner services to manage the daily operations and finances of the company reporting to the Board.

In both cases above, SPGS Management Services will have a Working Agreement with the Board which covers strategy, targets, remuneration, responsibility and accountability. Duration of such Agreements is typically 18 months+.

In most cases, provision of the CEO has also meant that the person holding this position has previously held Accountable Manager roles before and is deemed as acceptable to the FAA, EASA, CAAC and other specific NAAs.
